At The Detox Market, we want you to love your green beauty discoveries. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on most products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened or gently used, and within the 30-day return window. Please note that samples and final sale items are not eligible for return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different product.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
